摘要
总结一款异经异纬泡泡纱的生产要点。介绍了织物的设计规格,分析了产品的生产难点。通过采取一系列技术措施:整经速度700m/min,且棉纱整经长度较粘胶纱的整经长度减少1%;优选浆料配方,并采取针对性措施,保证两种纱的浆纱质量;穿经工序要严格按照要求,并仔细检查,避免穿错;采用ZAX-e-190型喷气织机,配置双储纬器,粘胶纱使用上层储纬器1,棉纱使用下层储纬器2,最终保证了产品顺利生产,织机效率达96%,坯布一等品率达到99.5%。认为:采取针对性的技术措施,严格工艺操作,是保证该产品顺利生产的关键。
Production key points of different warp and different weft lattice seersucker were summarized.Design specifications of fabric were introduced.Production difficulties in production were analyzed.A series of technolgy measures were adoptted.Warping speed was 700 m/min and warping length of cotton yarn was reduced 1% compared with warping length of viscose yarn.Sizing instruction was preferred and targeted measures were taken to ensure sizing quality of two yarns.Drawing-in process should be strictly in accordance with requirements to avoid drawing-in wrong.ZAX-e-190 air-jet loom was adoptted,double weft accumulator was arranged,upper weft accumulator 1 was used for viscose yarn,lower layer weft accumulator 2 was used for cotton yarn,successful production of product was ultimately guaranteed,loom efficiency was reached 96% and first grade percentage of gray goods was reached 99.5%.It is considered that taking targeted technology measures and strict process operations is the key to ensuring successful production of the product.
