摘要
文章通过对喷气织机织造色织布时坯布左中右色差原因的分析和试验,得出织物纬向左中右色差主要原因是织缩率分布不匀造成的。当织物左右两边纬向织缩率大,则纬纱的弯曲程度较大,织物表面则呈现纬向颜色;织物中部纬向织缩率小,则纬纱的弯曲程度较小,织物表面呈现经向颜色。文章通过引纬工艺参数和上机工艺的调整,解决了织物左中右差异的问题,保证了织物颜色一致。
Through the analysis and experiment of the cause of left-center-right chromatic aberration of monochromatic yarn-dyed fabric on the air-jet loom, the paper concluded that the left-center-right color difference is mainly caused by the uneven distribution of crimp contraction. When the left-right weft crimp contraction is high, the bending of the weft is large, and the fabric surface mainly presents the fillingwise color. While the center weft crimp contraction is low, the bending of the weft is small, and the fabric surface mainly presents warp-wise color. Through the adjustment of the technological parameters of the weft insertion and looming process, the problem of left-center-right chromatic aberration of monochromatic yarndyed fabric can be solved, so as to ensure the uniformity of the fabric color.
