轨道交通自动扶梯疏散能力及运行模式探讨 被引量:1

摘要 根据《地铁设计规范》中车站火灾情况下的疏散计算公式,自动扶梯作为参与紧急疏散的重要运输设备直接影响到车站疏散通过能力和疏散时间,进而影响到车站的运营安全以及建设规模。通过对比国内外自动扶梯相关规范中输送能力的计算以及分析国内轨道交通车站在火灾情况下自动扶梯的运行模式,提出《地铁设计规范》疏散计算公式中自动扶梯的通过能力和参与疏散的自动扶梯数量值得进一步商榷之处;同时也结合自动扶梯的特点提出了附加制动器延时动作、火灾情况下停梯模式、自动扶梯疏散能力及计算方式、参与疏散自动扶梯数量、疏散时间计算因素等建议,为轨道交通车站疏散计算方式以及运营组织预案提供参考。 Based on the evacuation calculation formula in the Metro Design Code during station fire outbreak, the elevator, which is important transportation equipment involved in emergency evacuation, has a direct impact on the evacuation capacity and evacuation time of the station, thereby affecting the operational safety and construction scale of the station. This paper compares the calculation results of transport capacity in domestic and international elevators and analyzes the operation mode of domestic rail transit station elevators during fire outbreak. Hence, the evacuation capacity and the number of elevators in the evacuation calculation formula of Metro Design Code need to be considered. Meanwhile, according to the characteristics of escalator, this paper proposes some suggestions for delay action of additional brake, stopping mode in case of fire, escalator evacuation capacity and calculation method, number of escalators participating in evacuation, calculation factors of evacuation time, etc. It also provides references for the evacuation calculation method of rail transit stations and the plan of operation organization.
