摘要
越江轮渡是上海2010世界博览会园区内越江游览的重要交通方式。通过对上海市运营轮渡的运输及停泊过程的调查分析,发现轮渡泊位的最小发船间隔主要受渡船在泊位的停靠时间影响。分析了渡船停靠时间的组成和各关键时间指标的累积频率曲线,在此基础上建立最小发船时间间隔的数学模型。综合考虑上海2010世博轮渡运营组织规划要求,基于运输效率提出了n个关键参数的建议取值。
Passenger ferry is one of the important crossing-river traffic models in Expo 2010 Shanghai. By the investigation and analysis of the course of the ferry's operation and docking in Shanghai, this paper finds out that the minimum departure time interval of the passenger ferry is mainly influenced by the docking time in the berth. The paper analyzes the composition of the ferry docking time and the accumulation frequency contours of the key index. On this basis a mathematical model of minimum departure time interval of passenger ferry is set up. Synthetically considering the requirement of the operation organization and planning of passenger ferry in Expo 2010 Shanghai, this paper proposes the value of the key parameters based on the transportation efficiency.
