融合竞赛与科研的研究生创新能力培养模式探索 被引量:5

摘要 研究生创新能力培养是科研创新体系的重要组成部分,创新能力和实践能力是研究生培养的核心内容,组织研究生团队参加创新实践活动是研究生创新能力培养的重要途径。针对研究生创新能力培养方面存在的问题,结合参加全国研究生数学建模比赛为案例来分析研究生的创新能力培养,围绕创新意识、创新思维和创新能力三个层次,提出了融合竞赛与科研的研究生创新能力培养模式。通过三年的试点实践,研究生创新培养效果良好,对一流大学和一流学科建设奠定重要的基础。 The cultivation of graduate students'innovative ability is an important part of the research and innovation system.Innovation ability and practical ability are the core content of postgraduate training.It is an important way to cultivate graduate students'innovative ability by organizing graduate teams to participate in innovative practice activities.In response to the problems inthe cultivation of graduate students'innovative ability.A training model for graduate students'innovative ability in integrating competition and research is proposed by participating in the National Graduate Mathematical Modeling Competition.We have focused on three levels including innovation awareness,innovative thinking and innovative capabilities.A training model for graduate students'innovative ability in integrating competition and research is proposed.Through three years of practice,the effect of postgraduate innovation and training is perfect,which lays an important foundation for the construction of first-class universities and firstclass disciplines.
