摘要
目的探讨老年脑卒中患者引入思维导图式健康教育对其认知改善与自我效能的影响,从而完善循证思路,为优质诊疗照护提供保障。方法应用电脑对该院在2016年4月~2017年9月收治的老年脑卒中患者84例行随机化处理,将符合纳入标准的患者分为研究组和对照组各42例。对照组予以传统的护理干预,研究组则引入思维导图式健康教育。采用该院自制的脑卒中相关知识掌握情况问卷、脑卒中相关知识掌握情况问卷对两组患者在干预前及干预后第2周的认知水平和满意度进行测评。结果研究组患者干预后对脑卒中相关知识掌握程度、健康宣教各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论思维导图式健康教育应用于老年脑卒中患者,能完善患者的认知储备,且能提高其对宣教服务的满意度。
Objective To explore the impact of introducing mental map-based health education on cognitive improvement and self-efficacy in senile stroke patients so as to improve evidence-based thinking and provide protection for high-quality medical treatment and care. Methods A total of 84 elderly stroke patients admitted from April 2016 to September 2017 in this hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group, 42 cases of each group.The control group was given traditional nursing intervention, and the research group introduced mental mapping health education.The cognitive level and satisfaction of the patients in the two groups before and at the second week after the intervention were evaluated by using the questionnaire on the knowledge of stroke and the questionnaire on the knowledge of stroke made by the hospital. Results After the intervention, the degree of mastery of knowledge related to stroke and the score of each dimension of health education were all higher in the study group than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Applying mental map-based health education to elderly patients with stroke can improve patients' cognitive reserves and improve their satisfaction with missionary services.
