摘要
培养专任教师教学自我诊断能力是高职院校教学诊断与改进工作的需要。目前,高职院校专任教师教学自我诊断存在教学诊断等同教学评价,主体参与度不高,教师教学诊断指标可操作性不强、效果不理想等问题。要解决这些问题,需要高职院校构建培养专任教师教学自我诊断能力的长效机制。长效机制的构建可从构建科学合理的教学自我诊断指标体系、积极组织专任教师教学诊断工作培训、充分利用好现代化信息教学手段服务于教学诊断等途径进行。
The self-diagnosis ability of full-time teachers in their teaching is a skill which vocational college teach-ers are required to have for their teaching diagnosis and their teaching improvement.The paper investigates the teachers'self-diagnosis in vocational colleges,finding that there exist some problems as teachers'participation rate is low;the indexes set by the teachers lack maneuverability;the diagnosis effect is not ideal.Therefore the author proposes that a long-term mechanism has to be established to tackle such problems.The construction of long-term mechanism can be carried out by constructing a scientific and reasonable teaching self-diagnosis index system,organizing the training offull-time teachers in teaching diagnosis,and making full use of modern information teaching means to serve teaching diagnosis.
