摘要 超高层建筑中伸臂桁架是一种常用的结构之一。通常伸臂桁架用钢量大、结构复杂,结构重量大;伸臂桁架层施工期间,定位精度要求高、质量控制影响因素多、施工难度大。文章以中交汇通横琴广场项目为例,结合桁架层与爬模碰撞、超重构件安装、厚板焊接及结构竖向变形控制几方面重点,阐述超高层钢结构伸臂桁架层的施工技术与质量控制措施。 Extension arm truss is one of the commonly used structures in super-high-rise buildings. Generally, the steel used for extension arm truss is large, the structure is complex and the weight is large. During the construction of the extension arm truss layer, the positioning accuracy is required to be high, the quality control factors are many, and the construction is difficult. Taking the CCCC Hengqin Huitong Financial World project as an example, we expounded the construction technology and quality control measures of the extension arm truss layer of super-high-rise steel structure in combination with the collision between truss layer and climbing formwork, the installation of overweight components, the welding of thick plates and the vertical deformation control of the structure.
