梭式皮带布料机大风力工况仿真及改进 被引量:2

摘要 针对乌东德大坝梭式混凝土布料机在大风力工况下结构的受力情况,基于ANSYS有限元分析软件,采用APDL参数化设计编写了布料机分析程序,实现了布料机在危险工况下的静力学分析和模态分析,得到了布料机的整机位移、应力分布和前6阶模态固有频率,并根据分析结果对其结构进行了合理的改进。结果表明,在布料机刚度、强度满足使用要求的前提下,与改进前相比,其结构重量更轻,成本更低。 The mechanical behavior of the Wudongde dam Shuttle-type belt conveyer concrete spreading machine under large wind conditions,based on ANSYS finite element analysis software,the Shuttle-type belt conveyer machine analysis program was programmed with APDL parametric design. The static analysis and modal analysis under dangerous working conditions are realized. The displacement,stress distribution and Natural frequency of the first 6 modes of the conveyer are obtained. According to the analysis results,the structure of the Shuttle-type belt conveyer is improved reasonably. The results show that under the premise that the stiffness and strength of the Shuttle-type belt conveyer meet the use requirements,the structure weight is lighter and the cost is lower than before the improvement.
