摘要
从全民健康覆盖评价维度--人口覆盖、服务覆盖和费用覆盖三方面,对湖北省某地儿童大病保障水平进行研究。结果显示:儿童大病保险和医疗救助覆盖率较低,实际补偿比不高,特殊的就医流向进一步加重了疾病经济负担。应明确儿童大病保障的重要性,特别关注农村儿童大病保障;扩大儿童大病保障覆盖面,提高报销比例。
From the perspective of the coverage of universal health coverage--population coverage,service coverage,and cost coverage,the research on the level of children’s major illness protection in a certain area of Hubei Province was conducted. The results showed that the coverage rate of children’s major illness insurance and medical assistance was low,the actual compensation ratio was not high,and the special medical treatment flow further increased the economic burden of the disease. It is necessary to clarify the importance of children’s major illness protection,pay special attention to the protection of serious illnesses in rural children,expand the coverage of children’s major illness protection,and increase the proportion of reimbursement.
