摘要
目的了解当前流动妇女、儿童参加医疗保障的现状及参保意愿。方法对北京市1 752名流动人口进行了问卷调查,并进行了个案访谈。结果流动妇女实际医保覆盖率为22.5%,儿童为19.2%。多数流动妇女、儿童希望家乡参保在北京能报销或建立专门的流动人口医保,意愿支付保费30～50元。结论应根据流动妇女、儿童不同的实际需求,制定相应的医保政策。
Objective To get the information of current situation of medical insurance of floating women and children and their intention to participate the medical insurance.Methods Totally 1 752 floating population were given questionnaire survey and interviews in some districts of Beijing.Results The percentage of actual medical insurance coverage for floating women was 22.5%,and for floating children was 19.2%.The majority of them hopped that they could pay for a insurance in their hometown,and their medical fees could be reimbursed in Beijing,or they could get a special medical insurance for floating population.And the amount of money they were willing to pay for medical insurance was RMB 30～50 yuan.Conclusion The medical insurance policy should be correspondingly set up according to the different actual need of floating women and children.
