摘要
城镇化进程中人口流动催生了异地就医行为,本研究结合医保日常管理工作,梳理了当前异地就医管理服务机制的现状,分析了异地就医管理服务机制中存在的患者对异地就医政策的知晓度不高,医保政策的差异性制约异地就医管理服务,异地就医服务的管理成本大、难度高等问题。提出了进一步加强异地就医政策的宣传工作,健全沟通机制、简化相应的异地就医备案手续,完善异地就医信息系统、提升医保异地就医结算效率等对策建议,以期逐渐完善异地就医管理服务,进一步提升异地就医患者的满意度。
In the process of urbanization,the migration of population led to the behavior of seeking remote medical treatment.This paper combines daily management of medical insurance,teases current status of the management and service mechanism of remote medical treatment,and analyzes the problems and reasons of the management and service mechanism of remote medical treatment,mainly including patients low awareness of remote medical treatment policy,the differences of remote medical insurance policy restrict remote medical treatment management,large management cost and high difficulty of remote medical service.The study puts forward several suggestions,such as further strengthen publicity of remote medical treatment policy,sound communication mechanism,simplify the corresponding procedures of filing formalities for remote medical treatment,perfect remote medical treatment information system to improve the settlement efficiency of remote medical treatment.The study hopes to gradually improve the management services of remote medical,and further enhance the satisfaction of remote medical treatment patients.
