摘要
实施异地结算是深化社会医疗保险制度改革的重要内容,对减轻参保人报销压力、维护参保人权益以及提高社会医疗保险运行效率和管理水平都具有十分重要的意义。但是由于制度过于分散、统筹水平低、利益关系复杂等原因,异地结算工作还面临着一系列问题,需要从统一医保政策、提高统筹层次、保证信息互联互通、建立专项基金和加强协作监管等多个方面着手,采取综合措施加以解决,促进异地结算工作顺利推进。
The implication of ecdemic settlement was an important content of deepening social medical insurance reform, whichhad important significance on releasing pressure of reimbursement, maintaining of the insured's right and improving the running effi-ciency and management level of social medical insurance. However, because the system was over scattered, had low harmonious leveland complicated interest relationship, the work of ecdemic settlement still faced a series of problems, which needed to be settledthrough unifying medical policy, raising social pooling level, ensuring information sharing, setting up special fund, strengthening coop-eration and regulation. Comprehensive measurement should be applied to settle the problem so as to improve the successful improve-ment of ecdemic settlement work.
