摘要
结合横河公司CENTUMVP系统在某石化公司裂解一套装置中的应用情况,分析了控制系统由CS3000升级为横河CENTUMVP系统后,出现网络通讯速度慢、无法完成正常组态下的操作问题。找到了问题原因,采取了相应的处理方法,收到良好效果。
Combined with the application of Yokogawa CENTUM VP system on the cracking unit of a petrochemical company, this paper expounded the operation problems after upgrading from CS3000 to CENTUM VP, such as slow communication, failure to im. plement the normal configuration, found the reason, and take responding proposals which achieved good effect.
