针对横河DCS的计时功能改进及批量组态方法

摘要 在某装置运行时,由于物料组分较重,宜堵塞,为了防止机泵运行时间过长、堵塞严重,从而损坏设备,需要定期对运行时间过久的机泵进行切换备泵,离线维修。设备管理人员如果通过手工记录的方式来记录机泵的运行时间,容易出现失误,导致设备故障,甚至生产事故。为了设备管理人员的操作方便,设备的运行安全,在DCS中实现某装置的145个机泵的运行时间累计。通过实施方案的不断改进,在DCS中顺利地实现了机泵的运行计时,并在流程图中集中显示运行时间,用颜色做好修饰,使设备管理人员能够迅速掌握现场机泵的运行情况、运行时间。此改进方案,不只在Centum VP中可以使用,经过测试,在Centum CS3000中也能正常使用,既减少了人力的损耗,计时准确高效,还尽量减少对控制站平稳运行的影响,在这之间找到一个均衡点。还通过批量自动程序组态,减少了工作量,保证组态的准确无误,组态下装后一次运行成功。此方法在实现了计时功能的同时,占用DCS运算资源较少,还保证组态实施高效准确,为以后类似的项目提供了很好的经验。 During the operation of a plant,due to the heavy material components,it is advisable to block.In order to prevent the pump from running for too long and damaging the equipment,it is necessary to switch the pump for standby and offline maintenance regularly.If the technologist records the running time of the machine and pump manually,it is easy to make mistakes,which will lead to equipment failure and even production accidents.In order to facilitate the operation of process personnel and ensure the operation safety of equipment,the running time of 145 pumps of a device is accumulated in DCS.Through the continuous improvement of the implementation plan,the running time of the machine and pump is successfully realized in DCS,and the running time is displayed in the flow chart,decorated with color,so that the process personnel can quickly master the running situation and running time of the machine and pump on site.This improvement scheme can be used not only in Centum VP,but also in Centum CS3000 after testing.It can not only reduce the loss of manpower,time accuracy and efficiency,but also minimize the impact on the smooth operation of the control station,so as to find a balance point between them.Through the configuration skills,the workload is reduced,and the configuration is accurate.After the configuration is downloaded,the operation is successful.This method not only realizes the timing function,but also takes up less DCS computing resources,which is efficient and accurate.It provides good experience for similar projects in the future.
