摘要
结合肯尼亚蒙内铁路项目,以国产机车车辆的采购和出口供应管理为例,介绍海外铁路项目的承包商在选购和供应国产机车车辆的过程中,提出选购优质国产机车车辆的方法,结合肯尼亚国情满足业主要求所采取的措施,以及在机车车辆生产和出口供应过程中为保障机车车辆质量所提出的策略和方法。为国产机车车辆出口供应到海外提供可借鉴的经验,助推中国铁路装备“走出去”的步伐。
With the Mombasa-Nairobi Railway in Kenya as an example, the method for contractors of overseas railway project to select qualified Chinese locomotive and rolling stock is proposed and strategy for guaranteeing the quality in international purchase is raised based on the requirements of the owner in Kenya, which could provide reference for supply of Chinese locomotive & rolling stock overseas and give an impetus to the “going global” campaign of Chinese railway equipment.
