摘要
通过对目前市场上影院座椅的现状研究,找出现有影院座椅存在的问题,分析其原因,并针对这些原因进行影院座椅的快速拆装结构设计研究,进行相应的效益对比分析优化结构的优点,以及后期此类结构运用到其他产品中的注意事项总结。同时通过此类结构设计为影院座椅企业和院线创造新的经济增长点,提高工作人员拆装维修的效率,缩短时间成本,降低维修难度,提高此类产品的应用范围。
By studying the present situation of cinema seats in the market, the problems existing in cinema seats are found and the causes are analyzed. In line with that, the structure design of fast disassembled and assembled cinema seats is studied. The advantages of optimized structure are analyzed through comparing corresponding benefits, and the notes on the application of such structures to other products are summarized. At the same time, this kind of structure design can create a new economic growth point for the cinema seat enterprise and the cinema chain, improve the efficiency of the staff’s disassembling and assembling maintenance, shorten the time cost, reduce the maintenance difficulty, and improve the application range of this kind of product.
