摘要
利用粉丝加工过程中产生的废水为主要原料,以枯草芽孢杆菌发酵生产的γ-聚谷氨酸产量为考察目标,采用单因子试验和正交试验,优化碳源、氮源、无机盐、底物、pH、发酵时间等因素,研究不同发酵培养基和发酵条件对γ-聚谷氨酸产量的影响。结果表明,粉丝加工废水中添加葡萄糖2%,磷酸氢二钾0.3%,谷氨酸钠5%,在37℃发酵培养26h,γ-聚谷氨酸含量最高达到53.7g/L。实现了粉丝生产废水资源化利用,同时极大地降低了农用γ-聚谷氨酸的生产成本。
In order to research the effects of different fermentation media and fermentation conditions in vermicelli wastewater producing γ-polyglutamic acid by Bacillus subtilis, single factor test and orthogonal test was adopted, factors such as carbon source, nitrogen source, inorganic salt, substrate and pH were optimized. The results showed that the best fermentation media is 2% glucose, 0.3% dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, 5% sodium glutamate, the content of γ-polyglutamic acid is higher than 53.7 g/L of 26 h fermentation time at 37 ℃. This study realized the resource utilization of vermicelli processing wastewater, and greatly reduce the production costs of agricultural γ-polyglutamic acid.
