摘要
婴幼儿配方奶粉对于0~36个月的婴幼儿至关重要,食品安全是首要任务,原料质量是食品安全的必要条件。本文对婴幼儿配方奶粉原料质量的控制进行了探讨,分析了目前婴幼儿配方奶粉企业出现的常见问题,并给出针对这些问题的建议,希望对婴幼儿配方奶粉企业有一定的指导作用。
Infant formula is very important for infants aged 0 ~ 36 months. Food safety is the most important task. The quality of raw materials is a necessary condition for food safety. In this paper, the quality control of infant formula milk powder raw materials is discussed, the common problems in infant formula milk powder enterprises are analyzed, and suggestions are given to solve these problems, hoping to provide some guidance for infant formula milk powder enterprises.
