摘要
质量管理是企业管理工作的重要组成部分,采用统计方法进行质量监控是管理现代化的趋势,它包括抽样检验、统计过程控制和实验设计。其中统计过程控制因能有效地实时监控生产过程而被广泛使用。统计过程控制的核心是通过控制图监控,分析生产过程的稳定状况。由此,对控制图的八个判异准则的虚报率、平均链长等进行了分析研究,并说明了八个判异准则在实际中的应用。
<Abstrcat> Quality management is an important component of enterprise management.Adopting statistic technology to monitor quality is a trend of management modernization,it includes sampling inspection(SI),statistical process control(SPC) and design of experiment(DOE).Statistical process control is widely used because it could monitor production process in realtime effectively.The core of SPC is to monitor and analyse the production process by means of the control charts.The false alert rate,average run length of the control charts' eight criteria are studied and the application of the eight criteria is illustrated.
