摘要
目的分析康复护理加针灸推拿在脑瘫患儿中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年2月—2018年2月收治的脑瘫患儿60例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组各30例。对照组行康复护理,基于此观察组联合针灸推拿。比较两组日常生活能力(Barthel)指数、肢体运动功能(GMFM)评分等变化及疗效。结果两组干预前Barthel指数、FMA评分等对比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者的Barthel指数、FMA评分均较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率为90.0%(27/30),较对照组的70.0%(21/30)高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑瘫患儿中应用康复护理加针灸推拿的效果显著,即可显著改善其日常生活能力和肢体运动功能。
Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing plus acupuncture and massage in children with cerebral palsy. Methods 60 children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the subjects of study. They were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group received rehabilitation nursing. Based on this, observation group combined with acupuncture and massage. The changes of activity of daily living (Barthel) index and limb motor function (GMFM) score were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in Barthel index and FMA score between the two groups before intervention (P > 0.05). After intervention, the Barthel index and FMA score of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total effective rate was 90.0%(27/30) in the observation group, which was higher than 70.0%(21/30) in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing combined with acupuncture and massage has a significant effect on children with cerebral palsy, which can significantly improve their daily living ability and limb motor function.
