摘要
目的研究探讨综合性康复护理措施对脑瘫患儿日常生活活动(activities of daily living ADL)能力的影响。方法选择民政部"明天计划"项目2016年3月-2017年2月本院脑瘫患儿80例进行研究讨论。将所有患儿随机分为两组,各40例,其中对照组采用常规的入院护理,观察组采取综合性康复护理措施对其进行护理干预,观察两组患儿的ADL能力中肢体功能及认知功能的改善情况。结果观察组采取综合性康复护理措施后,患儿的肢体功能及认知功能改善程度优于对照组,两组比较,P <0.05。结论对于脑瘫患儿,住院时采取综合性康复护理措施进行护理,出院后指导家长开展延续康复护理,有助于巩固脑瘫术后康复效果,可有效地提高患儿ADL能力,其效果显著,值得在今后脑瘫患儿的临床护理过程中推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures on the ability of activities of daily living(ADL) of children with cerebral palsy. Methods 80 cases of cerebral palsy patients in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2017 were selected and discussed. All children were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with normal hospital care, while observation group were treated with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention. The improvement of limb function and cognitive function between two groups were observed. Results After comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures were adopted, the improvement of physical function and cognitive function in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference between two groups was P < 0.05. Conclusion For children with cerebral palsy, comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures should be taken while they are in hospital, and parents should be instructed to carry out continuous rehabilitation nursing after children were discharged, which is helpful to consolidate the effect of postoperative rehabilitation of cerebral palsy, and can effectively improve the ability of ADL in children with cerebral palsy. The effect is remarkable. It is worth popularizing and applying in the clinical nursing process of children with cerebral palsy in the future.
