摘要
本章依据近年来国内外循证医学研究结果及相关循证医学临床实践指南,对脑性瘫痪康复治疗策略及原则、运动治疗、物理因子治疗、作业治疗、言语语言治疗、药物治疗、外科治疗、其他治疗、辅助器具应用及共患病治疗,提出新颖和全面的循证证据及推荐意见,对儿童康复专业工作者科学规范地开展脑性瘫痪的康复治疗具有重要指导意义。
This chapter presents novel and comprehensive evidence-based evidences and recommendations for the rehabilitation treatment of cerebral palsy of the strategies and principles,the exercise therapies,physical factor therapies,occupational therapies,speech and language therapies,pharmacotherapy,surgical treatments,other therapies,assistive devices and application comorbidities treatments,according to the research results of evidence-based medicine at international and domestic in recent years and related evidence-based medicine clinical practice guidelines.The chapter is the important guiding significance for pediatric rehabilitation professionals to carry out rehabilitation treatment of cerebral palsy in the scientific and standardized way.
