摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环在药学服务质量管理工作中的临床应用价值。方法收集我院2017年1月—2018年1月我院特色药房实施PDCA循环模式前后各500例患者作为研究对象,依据不同药学管理模式,将其分为对照组与观察组。其中,对照组执行传统药学管理模式;观察组在传统药学管理基础上,增加PDCA循环模式。对比两组间不合理用药及处方调配差错率差异。同时采用我院服务满意度调查表进行药学服务满意度评估,比较不同药学管理模式下的药学服务优良率。结果观察组不合理用药以及处方调配差错率低于对照组,同时观察组的相关药学服务满意度亦于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理模式在医院药学服务中的具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of PDCA cycle in pharmaceutical care quality management. Methods 500 patients before and after the implementation of PDCA circulation mode in our hospital's characteristic pharmacy from January 2017 to January 2018 were collected as the research objects. According to different pharmaceutical management modes, they were divided into control group and observation group. The control group carried out traditional pharmaceutical management mode, while the observation group added PDCA circulation mode on the basis of traditional pharmaceutical management. The irrational drug use rate and the error rate of prescription allocation were compared between the two groups. At the same time, the satisfaction of pharmaceutical care was assessed by self-made questionnaire of service quality of the Ministry of Pharmacy, and the excellent rate of pharmaceutical care under different pharmaceutical management modes was compared. Results The rate of irrational drug use and errors in prescription allocation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the satisfaction rate of the observation group was also higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion PDCA circulation management model has high clinical application value in hospital pharmaceutical care.
