摘要
目的对Ponseti法治疗先天性马蹄内翻足临床情况进行探讨分析。方法选取2016年3月—2018年9月我院接收的先天性马蹄内翻足患儿50例作为研究对象。按照1∶1的比例,将其随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各25例。对照组患儿采用传统方法治疗,实验组患儿采用Ponseti法治疗,对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果对照组患儿的治疗良好率为76.0%,实验组患儿的治疗良好率为96.0%,实验组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患儿的复发率为24.0%,实验组为4.0%,实验组低于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对先天性马蹄内翻足患儿进行Ponseti法治疗,其治疗效果比较理想,复发率低。
Objective To analyze the clinical situation of Ponseti therapy for congenital clubfoot. Methods 50 children with congenital clubfoot received in our hospital from March 2016 to September 2018 were selected as the study subjects. According to the ratio of 1:1, they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional methods. The experimental group was treated with Ponseti method. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The good rate of treatment in the control group was 76.0%, and that in the experimental group was 96.0%. The experimental group was superior to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The recurrence rate was 24.0% in the control group and 4.0% in the experimental group. The recurrence rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion The Ponseti method for children with congenital clubfoot has a satisfactory therapeutic effect and low recurrence rate.
