摘要
目的探讨迷你临床操作评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)在口腔医学专业实习生临床诊断思维训练中的应用。方法将2017 年6 月—2019 年6 月来院的实习生60 人,分别在实习前、实习中、实习结束进行Mini-CEX 和CTDI-CV 测评,并发放调查问卷。通过统计学SPSS 17.0 软件对学生成绩进行t 检验分析,通过两者结合考核评估促进学生自主学习能力、临床思维能力,提高临床实习质量。结果 Mini-CEX 和CTDI-CV 考核各项成绩较实习前各项成绩有显著提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论 Mini-CEX 和CTDICV联合考核评估方法,能够促进口腔医学专业实习学生牢固掌握理论知识的同时,提高临床诊断思维能力,培养合格的口腔医学专业人才。
Objective To explore the application of Mini-CEX in clinical diagnostic thinking of stomatological students. Methods 60 interns from June 2017 to June 2019 will be assessed by Mini-CEX and CTDI-CV before, during and after the internship, and questionnaires will be sent out. Statistical SPSS 17.0 software was used to t test and analyze the students' scores. The combination of the two methods can promote students' selflearning ability, clinical thinking ability and improve the quality of clinical practice. Results The results of Mini-CEX and CTDI-CV were significantly higher than those before the internship, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Mini-CEX and CTDI-CV combined assessment method can promote interns of stomatology to firmly grasp theoretical knowledge, improve clinical diagnostic thinking ability, and train qualified professionals of stomatology.
