水泥窑尾气一体化洁净系统吸收剂再生方法及影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了超声波雾化式水泥窑尾气一体化洁净系统中,钠基复合吸收剂再生单元的最优再生工艺条件与实际应用效果。采用石灰乳和特制的絮凝剂与脱除后残液混合,在pH值为6,温度为35℃,n (Ca)/n (S)为0. 9,曝气时间为90 min的工艺条件下,吸收剂再生率可达到69%。再生物质主要为品相较好的Ca SO4,再生后的上清液可进入洁净系统,以达到吸收剂再生循环利用的目的。 This paper introduced the optimum regeneration process conditions and practical application effect of the sodiumbased absorbent regeneration unit in the ultrasonic atomized cement kiln exhaust gas integrated clean system. According to this process,in which lime milk and special flocculant were mixed with residual liquid after removal,under the conditions of pH value was 6,the temperature was 35 ℃,the mole ratio of calcium to sulfur was 0. 9,and the aeration time was 90 min,the regenerating rate of absorbent could reach 69%. The regenerated material was mainly calcium sulphate with good quality,and the regenerated supernatant could enter the clean system to realize regeneration and recycling of the absorbent.
