摘要
氨甲环酸(又称为传明酸)是一种蛋白酶抑制剂,能抑制蛋白酶对肽键水解的催化作用,从而阻止了如发炎性蛋白酶等酶的活性,进而抑制了黑斑部位的表皮细胞机能的混乱,并且抑制黑色素增强因子群,再彻底断绝因为紫外线照射而形成的黑色素发生的途径。现今市面上存在很多美白祛斑类化妆品将含氨甲环酸的成分直接加入化妆品中,但由于是法定适应症之外的用法,无法保证用药安全,一旦产生法律纠纷,处理会很复杂。目前,仍未有有效的检测手段达到快速、准备的检测化妆品中氨甲环酸的方法,因此开发一种检测化妆品中氨甲环酸的方法对维护消费者的切身利益,规范监管美白祛斑类化妆品市场具有非常现实的意义。同时,对市场的健康发展也起到良好的促进推动作用。
Tranexamic acid (also known as tranexamic acid) is a protease inhibitor, which can inhibit the catalytic effect of protease on the hydrolysis of peptide bonds, thus preventing the activity of enzymes such as inflammatory protease, thereby inhibiting the confusion of the function of epidermal cells in the black spot area, and inhibiting the group of melanin enhancers, thus completely cutting off the pathway of melanin formation caused by ultraviolet radiation. Nowadays, there are many whitening and freckle-removing cosmetics that directly add the ingredients containing tranexamic acid into cosmetics. However, because of the use of tranexamic acid beyond the legal indications, it is impossible to ensure the safety of drug use. Once legal disputes arise, the handling will be very complicated. At present, there is no effective method to detect tranexamic acid in cosmetics quickly and readily. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to develop a method to detect tranexamic acid in cosmetics to safeguard the vital interests of consumers and regulate the market of whitening and freckle-removing cosmetics. At the same time, it also plays a good role in promoting the healthy development of the market.
