摘要
目的:探讨对350例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者进行鼻内镜手术的效果.方法:将2016年3月至2018年6月期间乐至县中医医院收治的350例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者作为研究对象.对这350例患者均进行鼻内镜手术.然后,观察并记录其手术的效果及其术中和术后不良反应的发生情况.结果:治疗后,治疗效果为显效的患者有281例(80.29%),治疗效果为有效的患者有45例(12.86%),治疗效果为无效的患者有24例(6.86%),其手术的总有效率为93.14%(326/350).术中发生鼻腔轻微出血的患者有6例,发生鼻腔粘连的患者有8例.术后,发生眼部肿痛的患者有12例,将填充纱布取出后其肿痛感消失.结论:对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者进行鼻内镜手术的效果较好,安全性较高.
objective: to investigate the effect of endoscopic surgery on 350 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods: 350 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps admitted to lezhi county hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2016 to June 2018 were studied. All 350 patients underwent nasal endoscopic surgery. Then, observe and record the operation effect and the occurrence of intraoperative and postoperative adverse reactions. Results: after treatment, there were 281 cases(80.29%) of patients with significant therapeutic effect, 45 cases(12.86%) of patients with effective therapeutic effect, and 24 cases(6.86%) of patients with ineffective therapeutic effect. The total effective rate of the operation was 93.14%(326/350). There were 6 patients with slight intraoperative nasal bleeding and8 patients with nasal adhesion. After the operation, 12 patients suffered from eye swelling and pain, and the swelling and pain disappeared after the filling gauze was removed. Conclusion: endoscopic surgery for patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps is effective and safe.
