摘要
采用锂辉石为主要原料制备日用锂质瓷,研究了增塑剂和球磨时间对泥浆性能的影响,并在还原焰中烧成,得到的锂质瓷各项性能达到了使用要求。结果表明,坯料配方中膨润土的用量为15%、球磨时间为120min时可以得到注浆性能合适的泥浆。1300℃还原焰烧成的锂质瓷吸水率为0.66%,体积密度为2.22×103kg/m3,线热膨胀系数为2.744×10-6/℃,抗折强度为56.6MPa,坯体白度为69.8,耐急冷急热性能10次不裂。XRD分析表明,主晶相为锂辉石固溶体,次晶相为堇青石。SEM观察表明,瓷体中含有均匀分布的10-30μm的气孔以及大量尺寸细小的针状晶体,长约3-6μm,直径约0.5μm,相互交织,有利于提高瓷体的耐急冷急热性能。
Li-porcelain for daily use was prepared with spodumene as the main raw material. The effects of the plasticizers and milling time on the properties of the slurry were studied. The results show that the slurry with good casting properties can be obtained when the amount of bentonite is 15 wt% in the formula and the milling time is 120 min. Fired at 1300 ℃ in reducing atmosphere, the porcelain can reach the required properties for daily use. The porcelain body has the water absorption of 0.66%, the volume density of 2.22×103 kg/m3, the coefficient of linear thermal expansion of 2.744×10-6 /℃, the bending strength of 56.6 MPa, the whiteness of 69.8, and the qualified thermal shock resistance with 10 times repetition. XRD analysis reveals that the main crystal phase is spodumene solid solution and the secondary crystal phase is cordierite. The SEM exhibits that the body of the porcelain contains pores of 10 ~ 30 μm in diameter and a lot of fine needle-like crystals with the length of 3 ~ 6 μm and the diameter of 0.5 μm interlaced with each other which helps enhance the thermal shock resistance.
