摘要
为将道路改扩建产生的铣刨料进行再生利用以实现资源节约和环境保护,文中针对铣刨料进行水泥稳定碎石基层材料研究,分别选用掺量为0%~40%不等的铣刨料进行碎石材料的配合比设计,根据碎石材料无侧限抗压强度、抗压回弹模量、抗弯拉强度、劈裂强度、干缩应变等指标,探究掺铣刨料的水泥稳定碎石基层材料路用性能变化规律。
The recycling of milling material produced by road reconstruction and expansion can realize resource saving and environmental protection. The research of cement stabilized macadam base material for milling material is carried out. The mix proportion of macadam material is designed with milling material of 0%~40% content. According to the unconfined compressive strength, compressive resilience modulus, flexural tensile strength, splitting strength and dry shrinkage response of macadam material, the mix proportion of macadam material is designed, and the road performance of cement stabilized macadam base material with milling planer is explored.
