摘要
选用3种不同的温拌方式(有机温拌剂Sasobit、表面活性剂Evotherm及泡沫沥青)对废旧沥青混合料进行再生利用,旧料掺量的范围为20%~60%。通过对混合料路用性能的研究,分析了其在高温稳定性、水稳定性、低温抗裂性及抗疲劳性能方面性能的差异。研究结果表明:泡沫沥青作为低能耗的温拌方式在路用性能方面表现最优,是目前可大力推广应用的新产品。
Three different warm mixing methods(organic warm mixing agent Sasobit,surfactant Evotherm and foamed asphalt)were used to regenerate waste asphalt mixture.The old material was mixed with 20%~60%.The high temperature stability,water stability,low temperature crack resistance and fatigue resistance were analyzed through the study of road performance of the mixture.The results show that foamed asphalt,as a low energy consumption warm mixing method,performs the best in road performance.It is a new product that can be widely applied at present.
