摘要
目的探讨预防性二极管(LED)蓝光照射和治疗性LED蓝光照射在低出生体质量儿(extremely low birth weight infants,ELBWI)高胆红素血症的价值。方法选取我院自2015年3月-2016年3月间收治的90例VLBWI患儿作为实验对象,按照数字随机原则分成两组,A组患者45例采用预防性LED蓝光照射治疗,B组患儿采用治疗性LED蓝光照射治疗,比较两组患儿LED蓝光照射时间、黄疸消退时间差异,记录两组患儿高胆红素血症发生率以及不良反应发生率情况。结果A组患儿LED蓝光照射时间为B组,P>0.05,A组黄疸消退时间、胆红素峰值2项指标均低于B组(P<0.05);A组患者高胆红素血症发生率为46.67%,不良反应发生率为15.56%,B组患者依次为71.11%,17.78%,χ^2=5.553,χ^2=0.080,高胆红素血症发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预防性LED蓝光照射防治VLBWI高胆红素血症临床效果显著且安全性高,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the value of prophylactic light emitting diode(LED)blue light irradiation and therapeutic LED blue light irradiation in low birth weight infants with hyperbilirubinemia.Methods:90 children with VLBWI admitted from March 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the principle of digital randomization.45 patients in group A were treated with prophylactic LED blue light irradiation.Group B was treated with therapeutic LED blue light irradiation.The time of LED blue light irradiation and jaundice regression were compared between the two groups.The incidence of hyperbilirubinemia and the incidence of adverse reactions were recorded.Results:The time of LED blue light irradiation in group A was B,and the time of jaundice regression and bilirubin peak value in group A were lower than those in group B(P<0.05).The incidence of hyperbilirubinemia in group A was 46.67,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 15.560.The incidence of adverse reactions in group B was 71.11 and 17.78%respectively.The incidence of hyperbilirubinemia was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prophylactic LED blue light irradiation in the prevention and treatment of VLBWI hyperbilirubinemia is effective and safe,which is worth popularizing.
