摘要 内蒙古电网500kV布乌Ⅰ线因线路高抗检修和更换保护设备需要停电周期较长,考虑电网的运行可靠性要求,计划采用不带高抗运行方式作为过渡运行方式,通过内过电压计算,高抗退出运行后,在布乌Ⅰ线启动及运行过程中需要对乌海、布日都500kV母线进行电压控制。本文采用BPA电网仿真软件,仿真分析了高抗检修、500kV布乌Ⅰ线不带高抗投运,系统启动和运行过程中,在极端运行方式下为满足控制电压大小电网需要具备的无功调节能力。根据计算,提出了不带高抗投运情况下系统需要投入的无功补偿设备容量大小、电厂机组无功出力控制情况。 Considering the long blackout period of 500 kV Buwu lineⅠin Inner Mongolia Power Grid due to high reactance overhaul and replacement of protective equipment,combining the operation reliability requirements of the power grid,it is planned to adopt the operation mode without high reactance as the transitional operation mode.After the high reactance withdraws from operation,it is necessary to control the voltage of 500 kV buses in the process of starting and running of Buwu lineⅠ.In this paper,BPA power network simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the reactive power regulation capability of 500 kV Buwu lineⅠin order to meet the control voltage in extreme operation mode during system start-up and operation without high resistance.According to the calculation,the capacity of reactive power compensation equipment and reactive power output control of power plant units without high reactance are proposed.
