摘要
目的了解深圳市福田区成人中心性肥胖的流行情况及其影响因素。方法 采用多阶段随机抽样的方法,对福田区18岁及以上常住居民进行问卷调查和体格检查,并采用决策树模型对成人中心性肥胖的影响因素进行探讨。结果 深圳市福田区18岁及以上成人的中心性肥胖率为49.30%,中心性肥胖率随年龄的增长呈增长趋势(χ2=149.84,P<0.001),男性高于女性(χ2=56.55,P<0.001)。决策树分析结果显示,年龄、性别、患慢性病种类数、每日睡眠时间和每日水果食用量是成人中心性肥胖的影响因素,年龄与成人中心性肥胖发生的关联性最强。结论 应用决策树模型分析成人中心性肥胖影响因素是可行的,能够充分挖掘数据信息,可以为防控成人中心性肥胖提供基础依据。
Objective To understand the prevalence and influencing factors of central obesity among adults in Futian District,Shenzhen. Methods A questionnaire survey involving physical examination were conducted in participants selected through multi-stage random sampling method.The decision tree model was used to analyze the influencing factors of central obesity. Results The central obesity rate of adults aged 18 and over was 49.30% in Futian District,Shenzhen.The central obesity rate increased with in creasing of age(χ 2=149.84, P< 0.001 ),and the rate among males was higher than that among females(χ 2=56.55,P < 0.001).The results of decision tree analysis showed that age,gender,the number of chronic diseases,daily sleep time and daily consumption of fruit were the influencing factors of adult central obesity,and the age was associated with adult central obesity strongly. Conclusions It is feasible to use the decision tree model to analyze the influencing factors of adult central obesity,it can fully exploit data information and provide a basic basis for prevention and control of central obesity.
