镀锌温度对桥梁缆索钢丝镀层组织的影响

摘要 镀锌温度对钢丝镀锌层质量有着重要影响。在430~480℃范围,采用桥梁缆索钢丝进行镀锌试验,并对镀锌层进行了金相显微分析。结果表明,镀锌层由δ、ζ相层和纯锌层构成,并且δ和ζ相层厚度受浸镀温度影响,当浸镀温度低于460℃时,δ和ζ相层厚度随浸镀温度提高而增加,当浸镀温度高于460℃时,δ和ζ相层厚度趋于稳定。 Galvanizing temperature has an important effect on quality of galvanized layer. Galvanizing test of bridge cable wire were carried out in 430~480 ℃, and the microstructure of the galvanized layer were analyzed. Results show that the galvanized layer is composed of δ phase, ζ phase and the pure zinc layer, and the thickness of δ phase and ζ phase is affected by galvanizing temperature. The thickness of δ and ζ phases increase with the immersion temperature increase when immersion temperature is lower than 460 ℃. The thickness of δ and ζ phases tends to be stable when immersion temperature is higher than 460 ℃.
