304不锈钢热浸镀Al-3%Si-0.5%RE工艺及镀层组织研究 被引量:2

Study on Hot-dipp Process with Al-3% Si-0.5% RE Alloy on 304 Stainless Steel and Coating Microstructure

摘要 采用Al-3%Si-0.5%RE浸镀液,通过改变热浸镀温度与时间、扩渗温度与时间,对304不锈钢进行热浸镀铝工艺研究。借助扫描电镜对镀层组织进行观察,采用EDS及XRD对镀层不同区域进行成分及相分析。结果表明:当浸镀温度740℃,浸镀15 min时,获得铝镀层平均厚度约为100μm;再经820℃扩渗4 h,获得较好的扩渗层,其平均厚度约为115μm。镀层经扩散退火后由表面铝层和扩渗层组成,表面铝层组织主要为Al和少量Al_2O_3相,扩散层组织主要为FeAl、FeAl_3和Fe_2Al_5相。 The hot dip aluminizing process of 304 stainless steel was studied by changing the hot-dipped temperature and time,and diffusion temperature and time using Al-3%Si-0.5%RE alloy as immersion plating solution.The coating microstructure was observed by scanning electron microscope.The composition and phase of different position of the coating were analyzed by EDS and XRD.The results show that when the coating temperature and time is 740℃and 15 min,respectively,the average thickness of the coating is 100μm.After diffusion at 820℃for 4 h,a good diffusion layer is obtained,and its average thickness is about 115μm.The coating after diffusion annealing is composed of outer Al layer and diffusion layer,the microstructure of outer layer is Al and small amount of Al2O3 phase and the diffusion layer is composed of FeAl,FeAl3 and Fe2Al5 phases.
