摘要
3-807工作面回采期间揭露断层与向斜构造,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对工作面过构造带时的垂直应力及塑性破坏区范围变化进行了研究。针对过构造带时垂直应力集中、塑性破坏范围变大的问题,提出采用工作面调斜开采、合理调整采煤机割煤和移架循环作业、强化刮板输送机管理等措施确保工作面安全、快速通过复合地质构造。
Faults and syncline structures were exposed during mining in 3-807 working face.The variation of vertical stress and plastic failure zone was studied by FLAC3D numerical simulation software.Aiming at the problems of vertical stress concentration and plastic damage scope increasing when passing through structural belt,measures such as adjusting inclination mining of working face,rationally adjusting shearer cutting and shifting frame cycling operation,and strengthening management of scraper conveyor are put forward to ensure safe and rapid passage of working face through composite geological structure.
