树脂砂工艺在工业用泵生产中的应用

摘要 介绍了造型砂、树脂、固化剂以及偶联剂(硅烷)等原材料的选用,从加料顺序、树脂加入量以及固化剂加入量等方面阐述了树脂砂配制中的注意事项,通过典型的叶轮铸件和蜗壳铸件的生产案例,提出了树脂砂生产过程中的工序质控点识别和质量控制要点。实践证明,应用树脂砂工艺进行工业用泵高Cr合金铸件的生产制造,能够较好地实现铸件结构尺寸、表面光洁度等满足要求的批量化生产。 The selection of raw materials such as molding sand,resin,curing agent and coupling agent (silane) was introduced. The matters needing attention in the preparation of resin sand from the aspects of adding sequence,adding amount of resin and adding amount of curing agent,was expounded. Based on typical cases of impeller castings and volute castings,the key points of process quality control point identification and quality control in resin sand production were put forward. It had been proved in practice that the application of resin sand process in the production of industrial pump high Cr alloy castings could achieve the batch production which meeting the requirements of structural size and surface finwash of castings.
