铁液罐车摇枕的砂芯设计及芯盒制作

摘要 介绍了铁液罐车摇枕铸件的内腔结构,详细阐述了摇枕的砂芯及芯盒设计,生产结果显示:采取组拼芯盒、内腔整体制芯方法,既便于生产操作,又提高了作业效率;制作的砂芯表面无破损、划痕和掉砂现象;生产出的铸件内腔表面光滑,外观光洁美观;铸件经过退火时效热处理后,机械加工完毕,经磁粉探伤检测,铸件无裂纹、无粘砂、无夹砂等铸造缺陷,铸件非加工表面粗糙度要求达到Ra≤25μm,达到了技术标准,满足了用户的使用要求。 The inner cavity structure of the cast swing bolster on iron tanker was introduced. And the design of the core and core box of the swing bolster were elaborated. Production results were showed that:By using group assembled core box and the whole cavity core method,both production operation and the operating efficiency got improved. The production of sand core surface had no damage,scratches and sand mark. The casting cavity surface was smooth and the appearance was well. After annealing heat treatment and mechanical processing,casting had no cracks,sticky sand,inclusion and other casting defects by magnetic particle testing. Casting non-processing surface roughness reached the requirements of Ra≤25μm. That met the technic.al standards and the user's requirements.
