感应电炉熔化镀Zn废钢对炉衬寿命的影响

摘要 研究了Zn在高温下的状态并对Zn蒸气渗透进入炉衬的情况进行分析,通过生产实例说明了镀Zn废钢在感应电炉中熔化时容易出现的问题:微量Zn熔入铁液产生高温蒸气压,Zn蒸气具有很强的穿透能力,在炉衬微裂纹和松散层里聚集,感应线圈表面富集Zn,会引起电弧打火,严重影响炉衬使用寿命和电炉运行安全。通过对干振料和云母纸等筑炉材料的改进,以及对操作工艺的改进,有效阻止了Zn蒸气穿渗浆料层向感应线圈上沉积,防止了Zn蒸气向顶出块方向渗透。 The state of Zn at high temperature was studied and the infiltration of Zn vapor into the furnace lining was analyzed. The easy occurring problems when melting Zn plated steel scrap in induction electric furnace were explained by production examples:micro amounts of Zn melting into molten iron produced high temperature vapor pressure,the Zn vapor had a strong penetration capability,gathered in the microcracks and loose layers of furnace lining,enrichment of Zn on the surface of the induction coil causes the arc firing,it seriously affected the service life of furnace lining and the safety of electric furnace operation. By improving the furnace lining building materials such as dry-vibrating material and mica paper,as well as the improving operation process,the deposition of Zn vapor through the slurry layer towards the induction coil,and the Zn vapor penetrating into the ejector block were effectively prevented.
