摘要
直流数字化电能表是开展直流输电计量计费、直流输电换流设备能量转换效率计量的重要设备。通过供电电源,读出时序,滤波器,校准模块等的设计,使电能测量芯片的输出指标达到要求,提高测量精度;优化控制芯片的任务切换方法,研究多协议监测方法;研究多回路智能直流电能表在多回路测量的同时保证精度的方法;通过改善PCB布局和优化布线,电源、信号的隔离安全设计,以及通过软件进行信号处理和分析判断抑制干扰,改善工艺流程,提高稳定性,设计的多回路智能直流电能表能满足市场需求,且整机效率较好。
DC digital watt-hour meter is an important equipment for measuring and charging DC transmission and energy conversion efficiency of DC transmission converter equipment.Through the design of power supply,readout timing,filter and calibration module,the output index of the power measurement chip can meet the requirements and improve the measurement accuracy;the task switching method of the control chip is optimized,and the multi-protocol monitoring method is studied;the method of ensuring the accuracy of the multi-loop intelligent DC watt-hour meter is studied;by improving the PCB layout and optimizing the wiring,electricity is produced.The design of source and signal isolation safety,signal processing and analysis by software to restrain interference,improve process flow and stability,and the designed multi-loop intelligent DC power meter can meet the market demand,and the overall efficiency is good.
