摘要
该设计采用Arduino芯片作为核心控制装置,主要的测量模块为CS5463电能测量芯片,并用ZMCT103C电流互感器、ZMPT101B电压互感器和外围测量电路组成信号采集和数据处理电路。220 V的交流电压通过电压互感器,电流互感器的处理,变成只有几百毫伏的交流信号,经测量芯片CS5463处理后转换成数字信号,由与单片机进行通信的SPI口发送给Arduino,由Arduino处理后,在LCD12864显示屏上进行相关参数的显示。
In this paper,Arduino chip is used as the core control device.The main measurement module uses CS5463 power measurement chip.The circuit of signal acquisition and data processing is composed of ZMCT103C current transformer,ZMPT101B voltage transformer and peripheral measurement circuit.The AC voltage of 220V is converted into a digital signal through the processing of a voltage transformer and current transformer,which is only a few hundred millivolt,converted to a digital signal after the measurement chip CS5463.It is sent to the Arduino by the SPI port which communicates with the single chip microcomputer,and the related parameters are displayed on the LCD12864 display after Arduino processing.
