大学生认知疲劳周曲线个案研究

摘要 对一名大学生施测译码测验,用译码测验来测验某师范院校一位女大学生一周内每天不同的时间点以及一周内的认知疲劳的变化趋势。每天在五个不同的时间点施测五次,连续施测两周。结果:①该被试一天内的认知疲劳呈先下降后上升的趋势,上午学习时间段内(7:30―11:20),认知疲劳逐渐降低,下午学习时间段内(16:20―18:20),认知疲劳逐渐上升;②该被试一周中的认知疲劳整体来看呈逐渐上升的趋势,但周四最高,之后三天会有些反弹,认知疲劳会逐渐下降;可以认为认知疲劳呈先上升后下降的趋势,周一至周四认知疲劳逐渐上升,周四至周日认知疲劳逐渐下降,但周一学习效率高于周日。结论:①该被试的认知疲劳水平在一天内(7:30―18:20)不同时间段以及一周七天内呈一定的规律变化。②该被试在一天内上午7:30认知疲劳水平最高,9:20认知疲劳水平最低;在一周内周一认知疲劳水平最低,周四认知疲劳水平最高,周一认知疲劳低于周日。③大学生认知疲劳可能存在动态变化的日曲线和周曲线规律。 Objective: Decoding test is used to test the change trend of cognitive fatigue of a female college student in a normal college at different time points during the week and within one week. Method: Test and decode a college student. Five measurements were taken at five different time points each day for two consecutive weeks. RESULTS:(1) The cognitive fatigue of the subject decreased first and then increased during the day. During the morning learning period(7: 30-11: 20), cognitive fatigue gradually decreased during the afternoon learning period(16: 20-18: 20), cognitive fatigue gradually increased;② The cognitive fatigue of the subject during the week showed a gradual upward trend, but it was the highest on Thursday, and there will be some rebound in the next three days, and the cognitive fatigue will gradually decline. It can be considered that the cognitive fatigue first rises and then declines. Cognitive fatigue gradually increased from Monday to Thursday, and cognitive fatigue gradually decreased from Thursday to Sunday, but learning efficiency was higher on Sunday than on Sunday. Conclusion:① The cognitive fatigue level of the subjects showed a certain regular change in different time periods(7: 30-18: 20) and seven days in a week;② The subject had the highest cognitive fatigue level at 7: 30 am and the lowest cognitive fatigue level at 9: 20 in one day;the lowest level of cognitive fatigue on Monday and the highest level of cognitive fatigue on Thursday;cognitive fatigue was lower on Monday Sunday.③ College students’ cognitive fatigue may have dynamic curves of daily and weekly curves.
