摘要 以充分利用茂名乙烯2号裂解加氢装置物料余热为手段,对该装置进行脱丁烷塔塔釜物料直送脱C5塔、脱C5塔改双进料、二段反应冷分离改热分离以及换热网络优化等改造,同时增加高压蒸汽加热器,替代二段反应加热炉。通过上述措施,节约了能源,降低了原材料消耗和装置能耗,提高产品质量,取得了较好的经济效益和环保效益。 By fully utilizing the waste heat of materials in the No.2 pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit in the ethylene plant in Maoming, some modification measures were taken including feeding the bottom materials of debutanizer directly to the depentanizer, adding another feeding source to the depentanizer, using hot separation instead of cold separation in the second-stage reaction and optimizing the heat-exchange network, and a high-pressure steam heater was installed to replace the second-stage reaction heater. As a result, the energy was saved, the raw material consumption and energy consumption of the unit were reduced, the product quality was improved, and the economic benefit was increased, achieving good economic and environmental benefits.
