摘要
为应对柴油质量升级和调整产品结构,中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司(以下简称上海石化)采用中国石化石油化工科学研究院开发的由催化柴油生产高辛烷值汽油调和组分的加氢裂化(RLG)技术,将2~#柴油加氢装置改造为650 kt/a催化柴油加氢转化生产高辛烷值汽油装置。工业应用结果表明:以催化柴油为原料,在氢分压5. 1 MPa的条件下,利用RLG技术可以生产收率45%以上的低硫高辛烷值汽油组分,产品重汽油收率43%以上、硫质量分数小于3μg/g、研究法辛烷值93. 4~95. 7;产品柴油的硫质量分数3. 1μg/g,十六烷值提高14个单位以上;年增经济效益5 000万元以上。RLG技术解决了催化柴油的质量升级问题,降低了柴汽比,为上海石化调整产品结构和提高经济效益提供了技术支撑。
In response to the upgrade of diesel fuel quantity and adjustment of product structure,SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.( hereinafter referred to as Shanghai Petrochemical) adopted the hydrocracking technology developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing for producing high-octane gasolineblending components with catalytic diesel( RLG) to transform the 2-#diesel hydrogenation unit to a 650 kt/a high-octane gasoline unit through hydro-conversion of catalytic diesel. The results of industrial application show that the low-sulfur high-octane gasoline component with a yield of 45% or more can be produced by using RLG technology with catalytic diesel as raw material under the condition of hydrogen partial pressure of5. 1 MPa. The yield of heavy gasoline is over 43%. The sulfur mass fraction is less than 3 μg/g,the octane number of research method is 93. 4 - 95. 7. The sulfur mass fraction in product diesel is 3. 1 μg/g. The cetane number is increased by more than 14 units. The annual economic benefit in increased by over RMB 50 million.The RLG technology solves the problem of quality upgrade of catalytic diesel,reduces the ratio of diesel to gasolene,and provides technical support for Shanghai Petrochemical to adjust product structure and improve economic efficiency.
