摘要
从聚丙烯供需结构、进出口价格及未来发展趋势等方面分析了国内聚丙烯市场应用情况。2010年至2018年国内聚丙烯产能、产量、表观消费量和自给率都逐年上升,增幅较快的年份在2014年至2016年,2017年以后增幅均有所下降,且趋于稳定。多年来,聚丙烯在各个领域的需求量持续增长,但消费结构出现了一些变化,大多数制品需求都在上升,特别是BOPP膜、CPP膜高端纤维等附加值高的原料从无到有,提高较快,只有个别制品需求下降。聚丙烯出口量也是逐年增加,2018年达到347.9 kt,创了历史新高。虽然国内聚丙烯进口量逐年下降,但随着聚丙烯表观消费量趋于稳定,进口量还会有所增加,而出口量短时间不会有大幅提升。
The application of polypropylene in domestic market was analyzed in terms of supply and demand structure, import and export price and future development trend of polypropylene. Domestic polypropylene production capacity, output, apparent consumption and self-sufficiency rate were increased year by year from 2010 to 2018, growth rate was great in the year from 2014 to 2016 and has declined and stabilized after 2017. The demand for polypropylene had been increasing in various fields, but some changes appearing in the consumption structure for years;demand for most products raised, especially for BOPP, CPP membranes and high-end fibers, and other high value-added raw materials which grew rapidly out of nothing;only demand for individual products was declined. The export volume of polypropylene also increased year by year, reaching a record high 347.9 kt in 2018;the domestic import of polypropylene was decreased year by year, with the apparent consumption of polypropylene tending to be stable,the import volume would be increased,but the export volume would not be increased significantly in a short time.
