丙烯聚合用BCU催化剂的性能及其在Unipol工艺装置上的应用

摘要 对丙烯聚合用BCU催化剂进行了液相小试本体聚合评价,在Unipol工艺装置上分别使用BCU催化剂和参比催化剂生产了均聚聚丙烯和抗冲共聚聚丙烯,对比了两种催化剂的性能。试验结果表明,使用BCU催化剂,装置运行稳定,床层分布更均匀;与参比催化剂相比,采用BCU催化剂生产的均聚物粉料的等规度高,超细粉含量显著降低(不到参比催化剂的1/6),最终的树脂成品在冲击强度略高的前提下,弯曲性能明显提升;采用BCU催化剂生产抗冲共聚聚丙烯时,在第一反应器中得到的均聚聚丙烯粉料等规度高,在第二反应器中得到的抗冲共聚聚丙烯粉料的下落时间更短、流动性更好,均聚聚丙烯中细粉含量降低约50%,树脂成品的弯曲模量更高,且具有更佳的刚韧平衡性。 The evaluation of BCU catalyst for propylene polymerization was carried out in liquid phase bulk polymerization.Homo-polypropylene and impact copolymer polypropylene products were produced by BCU and reference catalyst on Unipol process unit to compare the performance of the two catalysts.The experimental results show that,the Unipol process unit with BCU catalyst operates stably and the upper/lower bed density distribution is more uniform.By BCU catalyst,the isotacticity of homopolymer powder is higher than that by the reference catalyst,the content of ultra-fine powder is significantly reduced(less than 1/6 of that by the reference catalyst),and the flexural property of the final resin product is significantly improved on the premise of slightly higher impact strength.In the production of impact copolymer product by BCU catalyst,the homopolymer powder obtained in the first reactor has higher isotacticity,and the copolymer powder obtained in the second reactor has shorter falling time and better fluidity,the content of fine powder in homopolymer is reduced by about 50%,and the resin product has higher flexural modulus and better stiffness-toughness balance.
