摘要 在GIS设备现场交流耐压和冲击耐压试验中,放电故障定位是需要解决的一个关键技术需求。为确保GIS交接现场耐压试验的顺利进行,针对GIS耐压试验中基于超声波法的击穿定位装置、实验室验证与现场应用展开研究。首先介绍了一种基于超声波定位法的GIS击穿定位系统,该装置具有就地测试和无线网络测试2种模式,现场无线通信被干扰下,保障了GIS击穿定位准确可靠。然后利用该定位系统在实验室模拟放电条件下,对工频和冲击耐压试验下放电定位功能进行验证。最后结合GIS和特高压耐压试验放电定位实际案例,提出幅值比较定位是超声波法GIS击穿定位系统进行放电击穿定位的一种方便有效的技术手段。 In the field AC withstand voltage test and impulse withstand voltage test of GIS equipment,discharge fault location is a key technical requirement to be solved.In order to ensure the GIS field withstand voltage test,the breakdown locating device based on ultrasonic method and its field application in laboratory verification in GIS withstand voltage test were studied.Firstly,a kind of GIS breakdown locating system based on ultrasonic positioning method is introduced.The device has two modes: in-situ testing and wireless network testing,which ensures the accurate and reliable development of GIS breakdown positioning under the interference of field wireless communication.Subsequently,the locating system was used to verify the power-frequency and impulse withstand voltage test under laboratory simulated discharge conditions.Finally,based on the practical case of discharge location in GIS and UHV withstand voltage test,it is concluded that amplitude comparison location is a convenient and effective method among those utilizing ultrasonic for GIS breakdown location.
