摘要
目的探讨BOLD加压螺丝钉治疗足部骨折的临床价值。方法选取2016年8月~2017年8月我院收治的足部骨折患者30例,所有患者均行BOLD加压螺丝钉手术治疗。术后随访12个月,观察患者疼痛症状消失时间、骨折愈合时间、Maryland足部功能评分、临床治疗优良率及术后并发症情况。结果术后随访12个月,患者疼痛症状消失时间为(5.35±0.62)d,骨折愈合时间为(10.25±1.38)d,Maryland足部功能评分为(85.26±3.18)分,临床治疗优良率为90.00%(27/30)。所有患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论BOLD加压螺丝钉手术治疗足部骨折效果显著,无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of BOLD compression screw for fracture of foot.Methods 30 patients with fracture of foot treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected,all patients were given BOLD compressing screw.All patients have followed up 12 months,the time of pain symptom disappearance,fracture healing time,a score of Maryland foot function,excellent rate of clinical treatment and postoperative complications of patients were observed.Results After 12 months of follow-up,the time of pain symptom disappearance and fracture healing,the score of Maryland foot function and the excellent rate of clinical treatment of patients were (5.35±0.62) d,(10.25±1.38) d,(85.26±3.18) scores and 90.00%(27/30),respectively.No severe adverse reaction occurred in all patients.Conclusion BOLD compressing screw in the treatment of fracture of the foot has a significant effect without adverse reaction and worth of clinical popularization.
